Here you will find answers to your most frequently asked questions; we hope to address all your concerns, and if not, you can still contact us.
Below, you can read our guide entries and the FAQ, divided into three sections: Before the Session, During the Session, and After the Session.
Our offer differs significantly from that of photographers specializing in ID photos: with us, it’s a slightly larger investment, the process takes longer, but the final result is much better, thanks to our experience in personal branding photography.
Our satisfied clients confirm this.
Regarding our direct competitors, it’s difficult to pinpoint specific differences. It’s best to check our portfolio and compare our results with the work of other photographers yourself. Clients often emphasize that our offer is more transparent, that we are more open to their needs, and that they felt exceptionally comfortable 🙂
Comparing our offer with that of photographers taking ID photos, we will always be more expensive. The purpose of photos from these two types of sessions is completely different, and in our opinion, using an ID or passport photo on your CV, LinkedIn, or website can have the opposite effect of what is desired.
Our prices reflect our experience and the time dedicated to achieving the best results. We do not want low cost to go hand in hand with low quality, which is often the case.
We enjoy speaking with our clients. We are happy to advise you if you have any questions. Sometimes, we even answer questions you hadn’t planned to ask.
We do not offer this type of photography because we do not wish to specialize in it. You can get such photos more affordably at specialized points.
Many people, especially women, come to us and immediately declare themselves unphotogenic upon arrival or say they don’t like having their picture taken. During the session, it most often turns out that despite these declarations, they are satisfied or even positively surprised by the results.
In our studio, we work magic. Our extensive experience in working with people allows us to guide you during the session so that a feeling of relaxation and ease becomes your asset in front of the camera.
Please book an appointment, because if you come to us spontaneously, there’s a high chance you won’t find us here. During that time, we might be conducting a session elsewhere or simply relaxing at home. Call us, and together we will find the perfect date for you.
Our working hours are as flexible as our offer. We also work evenings and on some weekends. Call us, and there’s a good chance we’ll find a time that suits you.
To book a session, you can sometimes call us even on the same day. However, we have the most available slots if you call 2-3 days before your scheduled session.
In short, it goes like this: you enter the studio, we greet you, you receive our attention along with coffee / tea / water, a brief chat, we inquire about your needs. Now for the essence: we proceed to take photos: we make eye contact, suggest body positioning, and you become increasingly relaxed. At some point, we have enough photos to choose from. A moment for initial selection while you relax on the couch. Now we sit together at the screen and choose the photos you like; you can also select additional shots and pay for them by card.
Optionally, you can also select photos in the comfort of your home via a link to a shared photo gallery.
Our studio is located in the center of Warsaw. You can reach us by metro (Metro Arsenał station is a 7-minute walk from the studio), tram, or bus (Kino Femina stop). You can also easily reach us by taxi.
Parking availability is not the worst for the city center. The studio is located in a paid parking zone, and you can usually find a parking spot within a few hundred meters.
Simplicity and elegance work best. Depending on the purpose of the photos, this could be a shirt, a jacket, or a suit. For women, a shirt, a suit, or another outfit.
A universal rule is subdued colors — pastels, beiges, blues, navy blues.
We should definitely avoid intense patterns, small appliques, or busy prints — this will distract from the essence of the photo, which is you.

Business photographic makeup follows different rules than traditional makeup.
For men, it is generally invisible; its purpose is only to mattify the skin and conceal skin imperfections — redness, blemishes, breakouts.
For women, the help of a professional will ensure a professional result without the risk of the makeup appearing too intense under flash light, or the skin being too shiny.
Men’s makeup includes the application of a moisturizing/mattifying base, concealing imperfections and under-eye circles, evening out skin tone and ears, and mattifying the complexion.
For women, the makeup service additionally includes emphasizing the eyes, lips, and facial features. The makeup is for daytime and usually uses a neutral color palette — eyes in shades of brown, and pink for the lips. Of course, in consultation with you, we can slightly adjust these assumptions.
The makeup artist will smooth your hair and use hairspray to keep individual strands from sticking out. However, it’s important to remember that this is not a hairdressing service, but rather hair styling, meaning scissors or clippers will not be used. If you need curls / waves or to straighten your hair, please arrange this with us in advance, as we do not have a curling iron or straightener on site. We also do not have a hair wash station, so it’s worth ensuring your hair is clean and not greasy before the session.
If you need to do something more elaborate with your hair, be sure to book an appointment with a trusted hairdresser in advance.
Basic editing involves cropping, correcting photo colors, contrast, balancing shadows and highlights, and making basic corrections to the model’s skin and under-eye circles. In advanced editing, we focus on skin details, correct skin discolorations, even out hair, and smooth out some creases in clothing.
Yes, of course. There is a bathroom in the studio where you can change, for example. We also have an iron, should you need to press your outfit.
Two mirrors will help you fix your hair or check your facial expressions before and during the session.
Yes, a companion most often helps you relax during the session and supports you with their presence.
If you feel it might be otherwise, please forgo bringing such a person. It’s also advisable that no more than 2 companions are present in the studio during the session.
In exceptional situations, you can also bring children; we will find them something to do for the duration of the session 🙂
We are specialists in this. The coziness of the interior upon entry already puts our clients in a good mood, and it only gets better from there.
During the session, we’ll have a pleasant chat, so you’ll have a chance to almost forget you’re being photographed.
The result is natural photos that show you in a good light.
We usually take dozens to several hundred photos to select the best few from them.
We usually take photos against a plain white or light gray background, but don’t worry that such a background is boring; you are the subject of these photos, so the background can safely remain neutral and non-distracting.
If you choose an off-studio session, the background can be anything.
This is possible; photos can be taken, for example, at the client’s office or in a rented location for the session. We have contacts with carefully selected locations in various styles. Let us know if you need such an option. The cost of renting such a place ranges from 150 to 300zł for 1-2 hours.
During the summer, we can also conduct outdoor sessions — in whole or in part. For details, write to us; we will gladly tell you what it might look like.
According to the agreement, we only provide purchased and edited photos; the remaining ones were not chosen by you for a reason. We do not want to share unfinished products with you that would leave an ambiguous impression of us.
We collect payment for the session after the photoshoot is completed in the studio. You can pay with cash or card.
There is also an option to pay in advance if you want to get it out of the way during the session and focus solely on posing.
Depending on the package, you will wait from several minutes to 3 days for your photos.
To a reasonable extent, this is possible as part of the advanced editing option.
We send finished photos by email or upload them to a secure server for download. So you don’t have to carry a pen drive or worry about scratching CDs.
We do not print photos; specialized points handle this, which you can easily find online.
We have had individual cases of client dissatisfaction.
If we cannot find a solution, for example, by taking additional shots, we will refund the money for the session.
In case of dissatisfaction with the makeup, the makeup artist can change the style of the makeup or reapply it.
If you decide to purchase additional photos from the taken set, each additional photo can be purchased at the rate specified in the price list.
The photos we take are suitable for all electronic uses, as well as for high-quality prints for presentation in magazines, advertising materials, etc.
We transfer all rights to the photos to you, meaning you can do whatever you wish with them — you can provide them to your employer for their website and other materials, you can even resell them to someone else.
We do not charge additional fees for commercial use of the photos.
If we wish to use your photo in our portfolio, we will certainly ask you beforehand. In accordance with GDPR, you can withdraw your consent for the use of your photo in our portfolio at any time.
