Yes. Sessions are available by appointment. We may be working away from the studio, so an unannounced visit does not guarantee that we will be there. Contact us to arrange a time.

Yes. We also work in the evenings and on selected weekends. Availability must be agreed in advance. Ask us about a convenient appointment.

When purchasing online, you select an available time and the purchase reserves it for you. If the calendar does not show a suitable time, you may arrange another appointment by phone.

We begin with a conversation about your needs and how the photos will be used. We then take the photographs while guiding your posture, expression and gaze.

After an initial selection, we review the images together and choose those for retouching. You may purchase additional photographs. You can also make your selection later through a private online gallery.

The Fantasmatic studio is at al. Solidarności 113, unit 21A, Warsaw. Kino Femina bus and tram stops and Ratusz Arsenał metro station are nearby.

Bring clean, well-fitting clothes suited to your work and the intended use of the photographs. Simple cuts and calm colours such as navy, beige, blue and pastels work well.

Avoid large lettering, logos and strong patterns that draw attention away from your face. Arrive rested, with clean hair and natural makeup, or book professional makeup in advance.

Yes. We can help you choose clothing suited to the character of the session and the planned use of the photographs. Before the session, we can discuss your style, industry and professional context.

Photographic makeup reduces shine and evens out skin tone under studio lighting. It can be useful for women and men, even if you normally apply your own makeup.

We tailor makeup to the session and the desired result. Men’s makeup is discreet and primarily mattifies the skin and conceals small imperfections.

The service includes skin preparation and mattifying, evening out skin tone and concealing minor imperfections and under-eye shadows.

Women’s makeup also includes defining the eyes, lips and facial features. It is usually a daytime look in neutral colours, adjusted after consultation.

The makeup artist can smooth your hair and use hairspray to control individual strands. This does not include cutting or washing hair.

Curls, waves or straightening must be agreed in advance; there is no curling iron or straightener in the studio. Arrive with clean hair, and book a hairdresser beforehand if you need a larger change.

Basic retouching includes cropping, colour and contrast correction, balancing highlights and shadows, and a basic correction of skin and under-eye shadows.

Detailed, or advanced, retouching includes closer work on skin, discolouration, stray hairs and selected clothing creases. Check the retouching included in each package.
