Business Photographer Price List – Important Information

We deliver photos only in electronic form.

We recommend full professional makeup for women and men, in cases where your complexion does not allow for a smooth facial appearance, or, for women, if they wish to look dazzling.

We typically use mattifying powder to eliminate the effect of shiny skin.

For CV photo packages, we photograph the bust or from the waist up. If you require a full-body shot or a different frame – please let us know in advance – and we will arrange the details.

The background for photos is plain — most often light gray. Such a background works well in most situations where you intend to use the photos.

During the summer, we can also conduct outdoor sessions — in whole or in part. For details, please write to us; we will gladly explain the possibilities.

You do not need to know immediately how many photos you require. Our price list provides example quantities of photos for a given price, as well as the cost for each additional photo. If you sometimes need a larger selection of photos with various expressions, hand positions, or poses, this option is worth considering.

We do not provide unpurchased photos. More on this topic can be found in our FAQ.

We are able to conduct a session almost anywhere. The cost of travel to the client is PLN 200.

We deliver photos only in electronic form.

We recommend full professional makeup for women and men, in cases where your complexion does not allow for a smooth facial appearance, or, for women, if they wish to look dazzling.

We typically use mattifying powder to eliminate the effect of shiny skin.

You can consult with our stylist by phone or video conference. During a one-hour consultation, she will help you choose an outfit and styling for the photo shoot.

If you prefer the stylist to also assist you with shopping or be present during the session — please let us know, and we will prepare a quote for such a service for you.

In personal branding photo packages, we can photograph you in various poses and frames, from close-up portraits to full-body shots, if needed.

The background for photos in personal branding sessions is the interior where the session takes place. The session price includes interiors of Regus Coworking spaces, e.g., Regus Polna Corner in Warsaw, Warynskiego 3A Street.

If you require a different location, we have contacts with carefully selected venues in various styles. In such a situation, please let us know.

If you know someone who can join you for the session and also wishes to use a similar service — both of you can benefit from a discount.

The condition for the discount is to conduct the sessions one after another on the same date.

We are able to conduct a session almost anywhere. If you decide to have the session at a location provided by you, the travel cost within Warsaw and its vicinity (up to 20 km from the Center) is included in the price.

Events and Conferences

The first hour of our work is an investment of PLN 600; subsequent hours cost PLN 150-300, depending on the total number of hours. A full day of shooting is PLN 1500-2000. Do you need a more precise quote? Contact us directly.

Fairs and Exhibitions

We photograph both exhibition stands and the event itself. We create comprehensive coverage to support the promotion of Fairs and Exhibitions. Furthermore, our photos can serve as a pleasant gift for Exhibitors for their own use.

Architecture

This offer is directed to developers and construction companies. The average cost of a shooting day is PLN 700-1400. We will travel to any part of Poland or propose a photographer from one of the cities in Poland within our network of contacts.

Virtual tours from PLN 350 to PLN 1500.

Panoramic photos and drone photos: from PLN 500.

Advertising Photography

Photos used for marketing communication are a special category of photography. It requires the creation of a scenario and an in-depth discussion with the Client. Often, a team of specialists from various fields is involved.
Therefore, we need to meet with you or at least exchange a series of emails to provide a quote. Thanks to the meeting, you will learn many things that you had not thought of before. It is therefore worth taking some time to tell us about your idea.
