How We Operate

We take responsibility for many aspects of the session, including styling, set design, post-production, and preparing materials for print.

We meet in our attic atelier in the center of Warsaw. There, we brainstorm, giving rise to our creations. For our clients, if needed, we recruit the most talented individuals in the area.

Our Philosophy

As a brand, we have been present in the market for over 12 years. Since then, many clients have trusted us. In our philosophy, we adhere to the principle of professionalism at every step — from initial discussions with potential clients and detailed proposals, through contracts, careful attention to the legal aspects of photo usage, and culminating in the final visual effect — photographs, film, and presentations. We enjoy knowing that the results bring you as much satisfaction as they do us.

Bartek Bartosiński

Warsaw

Owner of Fantasmatic photography agency.

A graduate of the European Academy of Photography and Warsaw University of Technology.
Since 2008, he has been running a company specializing in photography and corporate video. Business people, politicians, and scientists stand before his lens. He creates portfolios for actors, creators, and artists. He also actively collaborates with non-governmental organizations, documenting their social activities.

He has completed assignments for large companies, including LOT, BNP Paribas, Orange, Skanska, T-mobile.

Since 2024, he is the only person in the company responsible for portraits, architectural photography, and event documentation.

Beyond photography, he is involved in performance art and creation in the spirit of upcycling.

Mariola Kędzior

Mariola Kędzior

Warsaw

A young, talented photographer and filmmaker, specializing in test shoots for modeling agencies. She honed her skills under Wacław Szacyło and Wojtek Biały. She also assisted with fashion shoots, co-creating some of them. Her fresh perspective is like a breeze on a hot summer day.

Maciej Eichelberger

Warsaw

Fascinated by film from an early age. His film studies sparked a love for the Polish School of Documentary. His sensitivity to social issues deepened during his humanities studies. The fusion of film and cultural anthropology makes the exploration of the researcher/filmmaker’s role in creative dialogue with existing reality a constant field for his development and satisfaction.

He is a certified cinematographer, edits, writes screenplays, and directs, preferably documentary-style films. He creates reports, video art, music videos, and promotional films. He also works in film education, writing lesson plans and conducting workshops.

Julka Tomiczek

Julka Tomiczek

Warsaw

Photo shoot producer. At Fantasmatic, she is responsible for organizing and coordinating photo shoots – models, equipment, and props before the session. Her responsibilities include client care, models, subcontractors, environment, order fulfillment, atmosphere, and scheduling.

Her passions include art, dance, and acting, and a particular asset is her excellent rapport with people.

Dawid Bania

Kraków (PL) / Norway

Reporter, documentarian. He honed his eye and skills at the Kraków Academy of Photography. He collaborates with many independent artists, theater groups, and musicians.

Currently a Scandinavian Studies student, where he perfects his knowledge of the Norwegian language. He fills his free time working on personal and social photography projects.
